-1 cup of natural grape juice

-1 ts grated ginger

-1 /2 carrot

-1 frozen banana (just peel, cut into pieces and freeze in advance)

-1/2 cucumber

-1 handful of berries

-3 bunches of broccoli

-1 cabbage leaf

-1 cup of water
